Star player leaves on loan....
Today it was revealed that influential R's striker Leon Clarke has joined Preston on loan until the end of the season.
Clarke has been a revelation for the club since joining the club on a free transfer in the summer and will be a massive loss to the club, his departure could potentially rock the R's push for promotion having reluctantly agreed to the deal.
Clarke's desire to play for a successful club played a big part in his decision to leave the club and will swap warming up a bench in W12 for a relegation scrap, whilst sitting on the bench in Preston......

Who writes this crap, clarke has only played 1 or 2 games and made just a few sub appearences so how the hell has he been a revelation and who will miss him?

I'm sure you write this with your tongue firmly embeded in your cheek.Where I agree with you is that he did not cut it,but if Warnock came knocking would you say,Sorry Mr W,but I don't think i'm good enough for you.The player of limited ability at this level did his best,and I wish him all the best and hope he is more successful at PNE.
