Right on Lofty, it is about time. I can't believe the number of people saying that this is just a late PR move, as if dropping him after the World Cup was not a scripted media event. Beck's played very well for England in the Cup and I really think they would have gone a lot further had Sven not played an injured Rooney alone up front.
People love to bash him for who he is but I really think he makes England better every time he pulls on the shirt.
