A Wonderful Gesture
John Gregory and the entire QPR Squad have requested that this Saturday, every QPR player involved in the game against Southampton will wear a shirt with 'Ray Jones' name on the back in tribute to the young striker who sadly died on Saturday. In addition the 31 shirt which Ray wore last season is to be retired by the club.
Everyone at QPR must be congratulated on both a wonderful and fitting gesture!

A fantastic gesture by the players to remember their teammate. Saturday will be a very bittersweet day at Loftus Road, but Ray Jones will get the tribute he so fully deserves, by the players and by the supporters.

Just watched the link on qpr home page he really was going to be the real deal.
JG and the team gesture will make the day so hard for players, fans, Family & Friends.
I just feel so numb and my heart go out to his Friends & Family God only know how they must be feeling.
