QPR have today signed Italian striker, Alessandro Pellicori on a 3 year deal.



The 28 year old striker has been on trial with QPR throughout the pre season campaign and the R's have taken full advantage of the dire financial situation at Avellino, who were relegated last season, to pick up their top scorer for the forthcoming season. Of his new striker, Jim Magilton told the Official QPR Website;

'Alessandro has done well with us during his trial period. He is a natural goal scorer and we are delighted to add him to the already healthy attacking options we have at our disposal. He will take time to settle over here but we are really excited by his arrival.'
